Shochoch Trading offers high-quality Ethiopian teff for local and export markets, sourcing it from various growers across the country. Teff is primarily available in white and red varieties, with the premium magna grade sourced from East Shoa and the Shey Bench district in Southwest Ethiopia.

As Ethiopia’s most significant cereal, teff is rich in iron, calcium, and protein, gluten-free, and high in fiber. Its long shelf life and nutritional benefits have led to its recognition as a superfood, driving increasing demand in health food and sports nutrition sectors. In addition to teff, we are also focused on exporting sesame and beans to further support local farmers and expand our product offerings.
